Sometimes hot days call for cold coffee. Not only does the Pocket PourOver make a killer pour over coffee, it doubles as a cold brew coffee filter with coffee that let's make cold brew coffee without the hassle.
What You'll Need:
- A 1 Liter Jar or Pitcher
- 3 Pocket PourOvers by Kuju Coffee
- Water
Step 1: Drop 3 unopened Pocket PourOvers in a pitcher with 1 liter of water. The filters with float toward the top, so just make sure to push them down into the water so that they can become saturated.
Step 2: Refrigerate overnight for at least 12 hours and up to 24 hours depending on how strong you like your cold brew. This is important because since we're brewing coffee with cold water, it will take more time for the flavors to extract. Once you're done steeping, remove the filters.
Step 3: Pour over glass with ice and enjoy! No need to mix this with any water because this is a cold brew coffee and not a concentrate. If you're interested in learning how to make a cold brew concentrate, check out this post.
